I purchased the international edition for $30 vs. $150+ (the professor stated that this is the same book as the US version, just a different cover).Some of the cases seemed outdated as some of the articles were over 10 years old. This book contained good, basic information regarding laws and ethics. Most of the articles were interesting to read and did keep my attention. I would have liked more follow up. For instance, did someone get arrested? Is the person undergoing trial? (Things of that nature).
This poorly edited book is just another example of the frustration that can be caused by McGraw Hill products. Keywords highlighted in the text with no definitions and topics discussed in the chapter not listed in the index. I am extremely happy I don't have to rent or purchase another McGraw Hill product for the rest of my life.
OK, ths book sucked and so did the course, but that is somewhat irrelevant, as I had to take it for my degree. I am more disappointed with Apex Media. They sent a book that looked like it was chewed on by a dog--literally. I was beyond disappointed.
Love the way this book is set up and written. I like that it uses very recent examples for the case studies and really facilitates my learning.
I only purchased this because I read that it was compatible. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with US Edition. I now have to waste money on another textbook. BUYER BE AWARE
I needed this textbook for one of my business courses. I cannot express how thrilled I am with this book and it's condition. Great price for such a lightly used product. Would highly recommend this to any business student or anyone that is interested in business.Thank You!
I needed this book for one of my MBA courses, but I absolutely enjoyed reading this book. I usually never end up reading books in so much detail for my classes, but this book was full of real-world examples and all too interesting to miss. The quality of the book was brand new when I got it.
